Casey Donovan reveals the ‘ridiculously simple’ eating plan she’s following to achieve her incredible weight loss – after falling under 100 pounds for the first time in her adult life
Casey Donovan shared the meal plan that led to her successful weight loss.
In an Instagram post on Saturday, the 34-year-old shared Jenny Craig meals for a week.
The singer’s menu includes a breakfast of banana bread, whole wheat toast and fruit or Nutri-Grain cereal, two slices of whole wheat toast, and 1/2 cup of baked beans.
She also has a choice of an oat and apricot bar, an English muffin, fruit, and a boiled or poached egg.
A portion of dairy products in the form of milk or yoghurt is added to every breakfast.

For snacks, she can choose between a dairy product, fruit, nuts, an English half muffin and ricotta cheese.
Lunch options include a ham and cheese toastie or pesto pasta, along with whole wheat bread, meat, and salad.
The diet is clearly flexible, with some days Casey replacing pumpkin soup with a burrito, roasted vegetables with a pork bun, and spaghetti bolognese with a frittata.
Dinner choices range from beef pie with veg and bread to vegetarian tikka masala or fried chicken and veg.
Casey also swapped some of their dinners, choosing a chicken curry instead of Thai fishcakes and a satay dish instead of cannelloni.

“Eight shows a week can be quite nice sometimes… Only thing I love is being able to fit my @jennycraigausnz meals into every day!” she wrote in her caption.
“I make my veggies and/or salads at home and take my Jenny Craig meals with me and just reheat them before, between and after shows. It’s ridiculously easy!’
Donovan recently revealed the secrets to her weight loss and revealed she’s been in touch with her Jenny Craig coach Angela while travelling.
She is currently starring in the stage production of & Juliet, a spin-off story based on Shakespeare’s classic Romeo and Juliet, staged at Melbourne’s Regent Theatre.

“We spoke about the reality of travel and doing our best to stick to the program and having honest conversations about how to build my plate when my meals can’t fit in my suitcase,” she shared.
She added: ‘[Jenny Craig] gives you the tools to eat with confidence and understand what your plate and portion sizes should look like so you can enjoy the finer things in life. Life is about living and learning how to deal with the summer slump.”
The star also said she’s not into “fad diets” and called Jenny Craig’s structured regimen “life-changing.”
Donovan announced in November that she is now under 220 pounds as an adult for the first time.
