formula overview
$12.00/0.21oz. – $57.14 per ounce
The powder highlighter is said to have a “high gloss” finish with “high color intensity.” In general, ColourPop’s pressed highlighter powders have a smooth, moderately dense texture that’s soft enough to be easily picked up with a brush, but doesn’t kick up powder in the pan. The formula was semi-opaque to opaque, but brushed out easily when needed for less shine and opacity. There were a few shades in the range that slightly enhanced my skin’s natural texture, but most didn’t. The wearing time was between seven and a half and nine hours.
